      • Refunds are only available for in-person dining experiences where the service or food provided does not meet our quality standards.

      • Refunds are not available for reservations that are canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time.

      • Refunds for online orders or takeaway services will only be granted if the order is incorrect or the food is not as described.

    2. Requesting a Refund

        • To request a refund, please notify our staff immediately if you are dining in or contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing reserveringen@jewelofthecaribbean.com or calling us at +31 0622015051.

        • Please provide your receipt, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

      3. Processing Refunds

          • Once your refund request is received, our team will review the details and respond within 3 business days.

          • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

        4. Non-Refundable Items

            • Gift cards, promotional items, and special event tickets are non-refundable.

            • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
